Learn to adapt books for students with diverse learning needs in this hands-on, full-day workshop. Designed for teachers, caregivers, librarians, speech pathologists, occupational therapists, and education professionals, this course teaches practical strategies to make reading accessible for all ages and abilities.
You'll create two adapted books during the class—one to take home and one to donate to local libraries, expanding access to inclusive reading materials in your community.
Explore multiple literacy support options, comprehension activities, and take-home resources to reinforce learning.
Bring your own book or use one of ours. All materials and supplies provided.
